NCSD base mapping included geo-referenced color ortho-rectified aerial photos, dtm, and feature mapping in addition to parcel database production and management. AEC performed digital transformations of data to common projections and water system modeling. AEC also performed utility surveys using conventional and GPS surveying techniques for database development. AEC staff utilized the following software to complete these this task: ArcMap 8.3, AutoCadd Land Development Desktop R2, H2O net, and AutoCadd Map.
