AEC prepared the Vesting Tentative Map for the Village at Squaw Valley for Intrawest Squaw Valley Corporation and obtained the Conditional Use Permit and other entitlements from Placer County. AEC also prepared and recorded the Final Map for Phase I and II of the Village. This development included residential and commercial units and associated utilities for the Village at Squaw Valley. AEC provided property research, map preparation and entitlement processing, monumentation, and topographic surveys.
