- Natural features (rock outcroppings, etc.)
- Visible utilities
- Edge of pavement
- Trees 6" in diameter and greater
- Property dimensions (bearing and distances)
- Coverage table as required by TRPA guidelines
- Property ownership, location, assessors parcel number
- Spot elevations, for building purposes
In the summer of 2003, AEC provided a boundary and topographic survey for the Placer County Redevelopment Agency to be used in project planning, permitting, and civil design of a public parking lot. Our typical site plan includes the above list, however can be altered to meet client requests. |
