• Trees 6" in diameter and greater
• Property dimensions (bearing and distances)
• Coverage table as required by TRPA guidelines
• Property ownership, location, assessors parcel number
• Spot elevations, for building purposes

In the summer of 2003, AEC provided a boundary and topographic survey for the Placer County Redevelopment Agency to be used in project planning, permitting, and civil design of a public parking lot. Our typical site plan includes the above list, however can be altered to meet client requests.
