Walter Auerbach has worked in the Lake Tahoe-Truckee area for
over 22 years. Mr. Auerbach has provided services to many local
area clients at all levels of production, administration and
project management. He has an extensive background in the local
and regional environmental, political and social issues affecting
all types of land development and public works projects. Mr.
Auerbach has been involved in numerous planning-level site analyses,
site design and permit procurement projects, particularly those
projects involving sensitive site constraints, as with wetlands
and steep mountainous terrain. Mr. Auerbach provides technical
and managerial support for AEC staff on projects as well as
being the main visionary for the company.
Surveying Department Manager
Keith Masuda has over 17 years of civil engineering experience for land development and structural design projects. Mr. Masuda brings an extensive knowledge of land surveying for subdivision design, parcel maps, record of surveys, lot line adjustments, boundary determination, topographic mapping and construction staking to AEC. He is skilled in project management, technical engineering and surveying, and design software. Mr. Masuda has completed designs of land development projects, including site grading and drainage, roadways, and underground utilities for commercial and residential uses for numerous private developers. Mr. Masuda has been with AEC since April 2003.
