CIVIL ENGINEERING services provided by Auerbach Engineering, Corporation include feasibility studies for land use and infrastructure, environmental planning/programming and constraints analysis, assessment district formation, and agency liaison during planning and environmental review phases of projects. We also provide services in design for water quality enhancement projects as necessary to meet strict State and local guidelines for storm water discharges. Technical services include design and preparation of construction documents, specifications and cost estimates for projects such as highways and streets, recreational trails and parks, shoreline and boating access, water and wastewater infrastructure facilities, single and mixed-use residential and commercial, institutional and recreational developments.
AEC has been involved with projects throughout the Tahoe-Truckee region involving a broad range of project types such as single and multi-family residential, commercial and institutional land development; recreation such as parks, marinas, ski areas, and bike trails; and public infrastructure such as water supply and distribution, sanitary and storm sewers, erosion control, water quality enhancement, as well as floodplain and hydrology studies. AEC has provided professional services that range from due diligence land use and feasibility studies, through to construction documents, bidding, and construction management and project closeout. Auerbach Engineering has worked in numerous team settings on large-scale land developments, and has also managed entire projects as lead consultant.
